What shipping services do you use?
Seb&Co. use both Sendle and Australia Post for your shipping.
Do you ship international?
Seb&Co currently ship to Australia and New Zealand via our flat rate shipping options.
When will my item be shipped and how long does shipping take?
All Seb&Co. items are made to order. We have a 3 week turnaround to make your order before it is sent.
When your is shipped, you will receive an email notification. From this date, shipping takes 2-12 business days.
Authority to leave policy
By agreeing to our terms you agree to our ‘authority to leave’ policy. This means that if you feel that your delivery address is unsafe and that you require a signature on delivery, you must let us know prior to shipping. Seb&Co. hold no responsibility for lost or stolen goods.
My item was damaged during transit, what do i do?
Seb&Co. take the best care on packing your item to ensure a safe delivery and hold no responsibility for damages, on the rare occasion that a item is damaged we require you to send us photos of the damaged items within 30 days of delivery. If your item was shipped with Australia Post you will be required to open a claim via Australia Post, Seb&Co. hold no responsibility for damages. On the rare occasion that an item is damaged it is assessed on a case by case basis.
